Jaqualin Baldwin - As an out-of-state property owner, it has been very important to have a great property manager who we can trust and who looks after our property as if it were their own. We are very happy with the service provided by Ann and her team and have full trust in their continued management of our property. We would recommend Ann and her team to anyone who requires property management and have done so in the past.
A unique Brisbane home with a decorated past and secret passageway has hit the market.
The property, which was built in 1901 was previously a school, Morton Bay Ladies' College at Wynnum.
In the 1980s it was transformed into a grand home on the other side of Brisbane, in Pullenvale.
"He (the builder) brought it out here in 13 trailer loads and reassembled it on site," owner Terry Mau told 9News.
The six-bedroom, three-bathroom home is located on a 3500-hectare block.
If that's not enough it also has a tennis court and swimming pool as well as a secret cellar only accessible through a hidden passage way.
"A lot of people in general want to see this type of home because you very rarely get to see them in the market place," Plum Real Estate's Vern Gilbert told 9News.
"Properties like this are going over the $2 million (mark)."SOURCE ; https://www.9news.com.au/national/property-news-grand-brisbane-home-with-secret-passage-way-hits-the-market/4ee3484a-dafe-4f3c-a8a1-c7481ee4912a
