Aimee Sharman is our dynamic property manager, as she seamlessly handles leasing and builds meaningful connections with tenants. Being with Rental Trends since she was only 16! Starting as a receptionist she learned, grew, and built her way up the industry to where she is now. To this day, Aimee has shown exceptional prowess within the Rental Market- leasing properties left and right. Her wealth of knowledge and experience comes from hard work, patience, and determination. Beyond her role, Aimee is an adventurer, guitarist/singer, and cat lover who believes in the power of hard work and order. J'hannah, is a Pakana (Truwulway ) descendant, with connections to Kabi Kabi and Quandamooka country - She is also an essential part of our team.
She excels in managing our front desk and spearheading our social media and digital marketing initiatives. Staring working as young as 14, Jhannah has extensive experience with customer relations and design/product/business development as well as learning from Sarah and Aimee- their knowledge and experience within the industry assisting Jhannah in growing her knowledge and protocol regarding the Brisbane market using Data analysis, marketing strategies, research and more. She is currently studying for her Bachelor of Visual Arts at Queensland College of Arts & Design, Her passions as an Australian - Indigenous artist translate back into her work.
