Every 3 months we give your property a thorough ‘once over’ checking for any signs of neglect or items that require maintenance, and we give you a copy of the inspection report to keep you totally informed every step of the way.

We know it happens, so to work hand in hand with our highly qualified maintenance division we introduced an emergency mobile number for tenants that is active outside of business hours all year round. We manage your accounts
At Rental Trends we can manage all the outgoing payments on your property from the rent received. Just ask us and along with any maintenance repairs, we’ll arrange for any rates and levies to be sent directly to our office for payment. Plus you choose between being paid monthly or fortnightly – whichever suits you best.
